Equalz: Addition Solving Logic Puzzle Game for Kids

This is a creative and colorful box connecting addition game for kids and students. It comes with 50 levels the you can unlock to sharpen your addition and problem solving skills. Players need to stack up nearby numbered boxes that sum up to 10. You cannot connect with boxes diagonally and boxes that do not add up to 10 will nit disappear. Your goal is to add up each box to 10 until all boxes vanish. Solve each level to unlock every challenge and finish the game.

  • Choose from 50 unlockable levels or start from level 1.
  • Connect nearby numbered boxes until they sum up to 10.
  • Try to connect all numbered boxes until none remains. Then play the next level.
  • You cannot connect with another box diagonally. It has to be a box on the left, right, up or down.

How to Play

Drag and stack up nearby numbered boxes until they add up to 10. Try to solve all numbered boxed until none remains. Unlock all 50 levels to finish the game.

  • Starting the Game
    • To begin the game, select the blue Play arrow button in the middle of the screen.
    • This will take you straight to the Level Select screen. The game comes with different levels.
    • Choose among 50 unlockable levels or start from the 1st one. Your game’s progress is automatically saved in your local web browser.
    • The game starts as soon as you select a level. Selecting level 1 will always show brief instructions on how to play the game.
  • Main Page User Interface
    • There are 3 buttons on the bottom of the game:
    • The 1st is the Developer Name button. Select it to view the developer’s details.
    • The 2nd is the Music button. Select it to toggle the game’s music “On” or “Off.”
    • The 3rd is the Sound button. Select it to toggle the game’s sound effects “On” or “Off.”
  • Game Controls
    • Connect a line to numbered boxes until they add up to 10.
    • Try to solve all numbered boxes in a level until none remains.
    • Once you finish a level, the next level automatically unlocks.
    • Mouse
      • Left click a numbered box and keep pressing. Connect it with nearby numbered boxes until they add up to 10.
      • Successfully doing this will remove the connected boxes. Then you must remove the remaining boxes.
      • Keep connecting numbered boxes until no box is left on screen. Then you can move on to the next level.
      • You can connect any number of boxes as long as it adds up to a total of 10. These boxes will disappear.
      • You cannot connect with another box diagonally.
    • Touchscreen
      • Tap and drag the nearby numbered boxes until they add up to 10.
      • Successfully doing this will remove the connected boxes. Then you must remove the remaining boxes.
      • Keep connecting numbered boxes until no box is left on screen. Then you can move on to the next level.
      • You can connect any number of boxes as long as it adds up to a total of 10. These boxes will disappear.
      • You cannot connect with a another box diagonally.
  • In-Game User Interface
    • On the top left corner of the screen is the Menu button. Select it to show the in-game menu options.
      • 1st button with the “house” icon is the Home button. Select it to go back to the Main Page screen.
      • 2nd button with the “refresh” icon is the Reply button. Select it to play the same level again.
      • 3rd button with the “note” icon is the Music button. Select it to toggle the game’s music “On” or “Off.”
      • 4th button with the “megaphone” icon is the Audio button. Select it to toggle the game’s sound effects “On” or “Off.”
    • On the top middle part of the screen is the Level Indicator. It shows what level you are currently playing.
    • On the top right corner of the screen is the Replay button. Select it if you got stuck on a level or you want to play the same level again.
  • Level Complete Screen
    • Solving all of the numbered boxes will show you the Level Complete screen. There are 3 buttons available:
    • 1st button with the “arrow” icon is the Next Level button. Select it to go directly to the next level.
    • 2nd button with the “house” icon is the Home button. Select it to go back to the Main Page screen.
    • 3rd button with the “refresh” icon is the Reply button. Select it to play the same level again.
  • Strategy
    • The game consists of 50 fun and colorful addition levels for kids. It’s a great way to help students practice their adding skills.
    • The numbered box value ranges from 1 to 9. The goal of the game is stack nearby numbered boxes until they sum up to 10.
    • Successfully doing so will remove the stacked numbered boxes. Remove all of the numbered boxes to unlock the next level.
      • The idea is to be comfortable with your addition skills and think of creative ways to solve each level. There are some moves that sum up to 10 but doing so cannot complete the level.
      • As a tip, connect the most obvious boxes in the level that add up to 10, then work from there.
      • You can select the replay button if you get stuck on a level. Try another way of solving it if the remaining boxes do not add up to 10.
      • The game has no timer or best score. Take your time to solve each level. It’s a great way to encourage kids to practice adding while playing a puzzle game.
    • Unlock all 50 levels to finish this math puzzle game. Play with friends or classmates and compare results. It’s a great brain teaser that helps kids practice adding single digit numbers.

    In this puzzle game, your goal is to remove all the numbers in each level. To do this, you must link up the numbers until they earn the sum of 10. To do this, click and drag each of the numbers whose sum equals ten. This can be as short or as long as needed.

    Clearing the levels is more challenging than it seems. You must remove each set of numbers in the right order. Sometimes, the most obvious set of numbers aren’t the best opening moves. A bit of careful observation can help you clear the levels fast. At times, you might be better off using trial and error.
