How to Play

Shoot down as many zombies as you can. Don’t let the zombies reach you.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen:
    • Select the play button at the center to begin.
    • Select the music button to the lower left of the play button to turn the game’s sounds on or off.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your high score.
    • Your high score is shown on the bottom center of the welcome screen.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your keyboard:
      • Use the up and down arrows to move the gun.
      • Use the space bar to shoot.
      • Shoot grenades by pressing the Z key.
      • Shoot missiles by pressing the X key.
      • Drop bombs by pressing the C key.
      • Press the numbers 1, 2, 3, or 4 to shoot the respective guns.
    • With your mouse, left click on the guns and bonus weapons to select them
  • Touchscreen devices
    • With your fingers
      • Tap and swipe to move the gun up and down.
      • Tap on the shoot button to fire.
      • Tap on the guns and bonus weapons to select them.
  • Gamepad
    • Move the gun up by pressing the D-pad up.
    • Move the gun down by pressing the D-pad down.
    • Shoot by pressing the right shoulder button.
    • Press the left shoulder button to fire grenades.
    • Press the left shoulder trigger to fire missiles.
    • Press the right shoulder trigger to drop bombs.
    • Press A to switch to gun 1.
    • Press B to switch to gun 2.
    • Press X to switch to gun 3.
    • Press Y to switch to gun 4.

• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • Move the gun up and down to aim.
      • You can switch between the guns on the top left corner.
      • There are 4 types of gun to choose from.
        • The standard rifle shoots quickly, though usually 2 at a time.
        • The sharpshooter rifle shoots even faster, though only fires one bullet at a time.
        • The bazooka fires a shell that takes out several zombies at close range.
        • The launcher fires shells slightly farther away.
      • Rifles tend to be better at taking out individual zombies at any distance, while bazookas and launchers work better for large groups of zombies that are closing in.
      • Each of the guns have a limited amount of ammo. Conserve this ammo as best you can.
    • Shoot down any of the approaching zombies.
    • Shoot at the boxes to gain bonuses.
      • There are two types of boxes.
        • Boxes with warning symbols contain random ammunition for any of your guns or special weapons
        • Boxes with skulls contain explosives, which can be used to take out groups of zombies at once.
      • Ammunition boxes replenish your weapons at ransdom.
      • The boxes disappear after a while. Collect them as fast as you can.
    • Don’t let any of the zombies approach your side of the screen.
  • Special weapons
    • You have 3 basic special weapons.
      • Bombs rain down from above and take out large swaths of zombies. This is an option for when there are too many zombies onscreen for you to take out.
      • Grenades are thrown at the zombies and explode. They are ideal for approaching hordes of zombies
      • Missiles clear out the first zombies they encounter. They can help you deal with small groups of fast moving zombies.
    • You start with a modest collection of special weapons (10 grenades, 4 missiles, 2 bombs)
    • Yon can replenish your special weapons the same way you would bullets.
  • Scoring
    • Each zombie you kill is worth 1 point.
    • Your final and best scores are shown on the game over screen.
• Target Audience
  • The game is suited for players who like simple zombie fighting games.
    • Players shoot a gun at incoming zombies, but the game does not show blood.
  • Other than the above the game has no adult themed content.
