Game Play
Deal
This game uses 2 standard 52-card decks.
55 cards are dealt to the tableau across 10 columns.
All cards on the tableau are dealt face up.
The columns have the following number of cards: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
49 cards are dealt to the reserves.
You can repeatedly shuffle through the reserves without limit.
Reserves are shuffled turn one.
Playing
On the tableau move any card to another stack where the bottom card on the destination stack is sequentially one higher and of the opposite color.
Any card & any sequential descending run of cards which alternates suit colors can be laid to an open column on the tableau.
Repeatedly shuffle through the reserves to enable new plays.
Build the suited foundations up from the Aces in ascending order.
Levels
This game has 3 levels which are unlocked sequentially.
You can’t go back and replay previously beat levels without starting the game over at the first level.
All levels have the same basic play except each level has a 30 second shorter time limit.
first level 14:30
second level 14:00
third level 13:30
You beat levels by moving all 104 cards to the foundations before the level timer runs out.
If you run out of time buttons appear which allow you to Try Again or End Game.
If no available moves remain there is an End Game button.
You can refresh your web browser and press the Play button on the welcome screen to pick up playing on the level you lost.
If you press the End Game button you can submit your game score, but your gameplay data is then erased and you start back at the first level when you play again.
Strategy
The game gives you plenty of time to beat it, so if you don’t beat it that is likely due to running out of potential moves.
In some cases when it seems like you are stuck and it is game over you can make new play opportunities by resorting the existing columns to create a free space.
For example, if you needed the 7 of Clubs and it was in the middle of a column you may be able to move the run of 6 of Hearts downward onto a 7 of Spaced so that you can play the 7 of Clubs.
A key to maximizing the amount of moves you can make is to work on doing away with the outer columns on the tableau first so that you create empty column locations which can be used for re-sorting some of the cards in the other longer columns.
After all cards on the tableau are in order you can quickly & repeatedly shuffle through the reserves to rely on the game’s autoplay feature to play cards to the foundations.
Scoring
Your game score is cumulative across levels.
Each card you move to a foundation is worth 10 points, for a maximum base score of 1,040 per level.
You earn 2 points for each second remaining when you beat a level.
Target Audience
The game is suited for players who like Solitaire card games.
