Real-Life Test Tips
Study well and study hard. This is a given.
The rest of the game’s tips revolve around managing your stress. Getting all worked up about a test will not help you at all.
Balance study time with mental breaks.
Get plenty of rest in the form of sleep. Avoid all-nighters, especially on the date itself.
During waking hours, spare a little (not a lot) of time doing leisure activities like an idle video game. Make sure to time these appropriately.
If you must do social media, do it only during breaks.
Step outside whenever you are on break if the weather and other conditions allow. A bit of fresh air and sunshine can help refresh your brain.
Drink plenty of water. Hydration helps ward off headaches.
Stay organized and do your best! You can do this!
