How to Play

Move the ninja around to catch and toss the shuriken toward the monsters. Hit as many monsters as you can while keeping the shuriken in play.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen:
    • Select the play button at the center to begin.
    • Select the speaker button on the top right corner to turn the game’s sounds on or off.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your high score.
    • Your high score is shown on the bottom center of the welcome screen.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your mouse, left click to start the game.
    • With your keyboard, use the A and D keys to move the ninja.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • With your fingers:
      • Tap to start the game.
      • Tap on the left and right arrows to move the ninja.
  • Controls and indicators (left to right)
    • Top row:
      • Back button: Quits the game and returns you to the welcome screen
      • Score
    • Bottom row (touch screen controls):
      • Left arrow
      • Right arrow
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • You begin with a row of monsters on the top half of the screen and your ninja on the bottom half. A shuriken floats between them.
      • Left click or tap to get the shuriken moving.
      • Move the ninja left or right to catch the shuriken and throw it back to the monsters.
      • Once the shuriken hits a monster, it bounces back. Catch the shuriken as it returns.
    • Hit as many monsters as you can while keeping the shuriken play.
    • If you drop the shuriken, it’s game over.
  • Scoring
    • You earn 1 point for every monster the shuriken hits.
• Target Audience
  • The game is suited for players who like games inspired by Pong or Breakout.
  • The game has no adult themed content.
