Scooby Doo Mystery Match Game Play Instructions

How to Play

Match three or more tiles to clear them from the playing field. You can move any tile on the board until you form a line you can clear.

• Starting the Game
  • Click on Play in the Welcome screen to begin.
  • Toggle the music on and off by pressing the button on the upper left corner.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • Use the mouse to select the pieces to swap.
  • Mobile
    • Use your fingers like a mouse.
• Game Play
  • Click and drag a piece to move it in the board.
    • If it aligns with 3 or more of its kind in a horizontal or vertical line, the pieces disappear.
      • If you form two overlapping lines that share a third tile, both are valid. The game removes them both.
    • If clearing a piece allows other lines of 3 or more to form, those pieces disappear. You cannot move lines while this happens.
    • New pieces will come to take their place.
    • You can move pieces again once the game clears all valid lines.
  • Unlike in Bejeweled, you don’t need to move the piece where it will create a valid row or column of threes.
    • You do not run out of valid moves.
    • This way, you can keep creating longer chains worth more points.
    • You can, in normal circumstances, create chains of up to five tiles.
  • Keep making valid lines until the timer runs out.
    • You clear a level only when you run out of time. Your score depends on how many lines you clear before then.
    • The game will play a snippet of the movie’s trailer after the timer stops. You can play another level once you’re done.
    • Each new level has a shorter playing time.
