- Green blocks
- You can pass through green blocks exactly once. After the first time, they become a barrier.

- If you’re not careful, you may end up trapped behind them.
- Sometimes, you must pass through them to form a needed barrier to retrieve a specific yellow pellet.
- Nitro strips
- These move the block in a specific direction indicated by the arrows.
- You must be careful in moving toward them as, if they’re place in a specific way, they can lock you in a loop. They can also misdirect you if you’re not careful.
- You can use them to move toward a direction you won’t normally be able to go in the absence of a barrier.
- Halved blocks

- Doors allow you to pass through them after they are opened.
- You open doors by moving in a certain direction to reach a certain square on the screen.
- When you open one door all doors open.
- Warps
- When you go through a warp you will come out of the other warp while moving in the same direction.
- Some levels have multiple sets of warps on them. You always used warps of the same color together.
- You can go through warps in either direction an unlimited number of times.
- Slide locks
- Slide locks allow you to move through one side of them while the other side acts as a temporary wall.
- Each time you move the orientation of slide locks changes.
- You must actually move for the movement to count & change the slide lock orientation.
- Stone blocks
- Stone blocks act as temporary walls.
- When you run into the stone blocks they move in the direction you push them until they run into another wall.
