SPAM? In My Pizza?
Among the many pizza ingredients in the game is, well, a certain lunch meat. After World War II, supply shortages in Britain meant that it was one of the most readily available ingredients to use. It also became synonymous with junk e-mails thanks to a British comedy sketch.
