How to Play

Toss a knife and have it land pointy end down.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select the following options to start the game.
    • Select Flip to start the knife-flipping game
    • Select Fruit to start the fruit-cutting ame.
  • Select Knifes to replace the knife shown in the game.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your high score.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your mouse, left click and drag to flip the knife.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap and swipe on the screen with your fingers to flip the knife.
  • Controls and indicators
    • The game’s controls and indicators occupy the center third of the top row. From left to right they are as follows:
      • Your score
      • Home button: This brings you to back to the welcome screen.
      • Enlarge button: This lets you switch between windowed and full screen modes.
      • Speaker button: This lets you turn the game’s audio on or off.

  • Flip mode
    • Basic rules
      • Your task is to flip the knife as many times as you can.
      • Make sure that the knife lands pointy end down.
    • Lose conditions
      • If it lands parallel to the ground or with the pointy end up, it’s game over.
      • The game also ends if your knife falls out of bounds.
      • The boundaries are marked by a dotted line to the left and right.
    • Scoring
      • Earn a point for every time your knife lands pointy end down.
      • Earn 2 points for collecting coins.
  • Fruit mode
    • Basic rules
      • Flip your knife toward the rock with a fruit.
      • The rock moves up and down, so time your flips with care.
      • Your goal is to slice the fruit with the knife.
        • If you don’t slice the fruit but land the knife pointy end down, you don’t earn points but can still attempt to flip again.
    • Lose conditions
      • If you miss and land the knife pointy end up, it’s game over.
      • You also get a game over if you flip the knife out of bounds.
    • Scoring
      • Earn a point each time you slice a fruit successfully.
  • Knife store
    • Earn coins as you play the game.
    • Use the coins that you’ve earned to buy any of the knifes in the knife store.
    • You can access the knife store via the welcome screen.

  • The game is suited for players who like knife toss games.
    • While this game has knives thrown at targets there are no people or animals or animate objects.
