How to Play

Remove blocks & detonate bombs to control the movement path of the donut. Collect as many stars as you can by running through them & ensure all donuts reach the dinosaur at the end of the level to advance.

• Starting the Game
  • Select the green play button in the middle of the welcome screen to start the game.
    • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress including coin savings, beat levels, and purchased donuts.
  • The upper left corner of the welcome screen has a how to play button.
  • The upper right corner of the welcome screen has buttons for music control and sound control.
  • The bottom center of the welcome screen has a shopping cart button for buying additional types of donuts.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • Use your mouse left click button to select sand blocks to remove.
    • Left click on bombs when the donut is near them to accelerate or change the donut’s movement.
    • Jellies automatically activate when donuts touch them.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap the screen with a finger to select sand blocks to remove.
    • Tap on bombs to explode them when a donut is near them.
  • Controls & indicators
    • The upper left corner shows what level number you are on.
    • The top center shows how many stars you have collected.
    • The upper right has 3 buttons for restarting the level, controlling game music, and controlling game sound.
    • The lower left corner shows your candy savings.
    • The lower right corner has a button for returning home.
    • The level select screen shows unlocked levels with brown donuts & locked levels with gray donuts.

    • This is a simple physics puzzle game with removable blocks where your goal is to get the donuts to the dinosaur at the end of each stage.
    • Plan your path to collect up to 3 stars on each stage by rolling a donut through the stars.
  • Levels
    • This game has 15 levels which are unlocked sequentially.
      • You can go back and replay previously beat levels at any time.
    • Stars
      • Each level has 3 stars which can be collected by rolling the donut through them.
      • You can beat a level even if you get fewer than 3 stars.
      • You can go back and replay previously beat levels to earn a higher star rating on them.
    • Winning vs losing
      • You lose if a donut gets stuck or rolls offscreen.
      • You win by getting all donuts to the dinosaur.
      • This game offers unlimited continues.
      • If you make a mistake you can select the restart level button in the upper right corner of the screen.
  • Stores
    • In addition to the free donut there are 11 other donuts you can pay to unlock.
      • All donuts have the same physics, but have different aesthetics.
      • The donuts cost 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, 2,500, 3,000, 3,500, 4,000, 5,000, 6,000, 7,000 & 8,000.
    • Each time you replay a level you can earn more candies on it, which can be used to unlock additional donuts.
  • Tips
    • Some blocks need to be removed after the donut passes over them in one direction while other blocks can be removed before setting the donut in motion.
      • Make as many moves that are not time dependent as you can before putting the donut in motion, so you have better control over timing for any time-dependent moves.
    • If you are struggling with getting all 3 donuts on a level you can pass it and then come back to it later to try to acquire any missing stars.
    • If a level has multiple donuts on it you may need to use the movement force of one donut to push the other donut around the level. Play the donuts in the correct order so they can help each other along.
    • Some levels have spinning or moving platforms on them which require precise timing.
      • Sometimes it can be helpful to put the donut in motion immediately to see if that timing works & then if not adjust your timing based on that performance.
• Target Audience
  • The game is suited for players who like rolling physics puzzle games.
    • This game is the sequel to Donut Lover, however the first game is much different than the second. Rather than being a physics puzzle the first game is a platformer.
  • The game has no adult themed content.
