How to Play

Determine if the name of the color shown is the color it describes.

• Starting the Game
  • Left click or tap anywhere on the loading screen to bring up the welcome screen.
  • On the welcome screen:
    • Select the play button at the center to begin.
    • Select the speaker button on the top right corner to turn the game’s sounds on or off.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress and high score.

    • With your mouse, left click on the correct answer.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on the correct answer with your fingers.
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • At the center of the screen is a word describing a color.
      • A ring around it, serving as a timer, is of another color.
      • Your goal is to determine if the word and the timer are in the color it describes (etc., if the word “red” and the timer around it is in actually colored red).
    • Choose an answer from the cross or check buttons on the bottom center.
      • Choose a cross (x) to indicate that the word and timer do not match the color mentioned.
      • Choose a check to indicate that the word and timer are in the color described.
      • Pick an answer before the game’s timer expires.
    • Repeat the process until you run out of time or you make a mistake.
  • Scoring
    • Each correct answer you make is worth 1 point.
    • Your recent and best scores are shown on the game over screen.
