How to Play

Select runs of cards which sum to 21. Make as many matches as you can before time runs out.

  • Starting the Game
    • Select the golden Play button on the game’s welcome screen to start the game.
    • The welcome screen also has help, high score, and more games buttons underneath the Play button.
    • The lower left corner of the welcome screen has a language select drop down & the lower right corner of the game has buttons for social sharing & to read developer information.
  • Game Controls
    • Desktop
      • Use your mouse left click button to select a card & then drag across to adjacent cards until the cards sum to 21.
    • Touchscreen devices
      • Tap a card on the screen with your finger & drag across to select other cards which sum to 21.
    • Controls & indicators
      • Across the top of the screen it shows your score, how much time you have remaining & control buttons.
      • The 4 game control buttons are music control, sound control, full screen mode, and pause game.
      • Under the game control buttons are buttons to request a hint or shuffle the cards.
  • Game Play
    • Playing
      • After selecting a card you can select cards in any direction (vertical or horizontal, though not diagonal) and keep dragging along until the cards you select sum up to 21.
      • Aces can be used as a 1 or an 11.
      • When you make a match the cards you use are removed from the playing field and new cards drop down from the top of the board.
    • Scoring
      • Any 21 = 500
      • Color bonus = 1,000
      • Suit bonus = 1,000
      • Chain bonus (using 4 or more cards) = 1,200
        • Chain bonus increases as you use more cards, with an additional 300 for each card over 4.
        • For example a 5-card chain is worth 1,500 while a 7-card chain is worth 2,100
      • Using a hint = -2,000
      • Using a shuffle = -200
  • Target Audience
    • The game is suited for people of all ages who like games inspired by 21, or addition-based logic puzzles.
    • The game has no adult themed content.
