How to Play

Move the basket around to catch good apples and avoid bad ones. Keep collecting apples until the timer runs out.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select the play button to begin.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your high score.
    • Your high score appears on a box above the welcome screen.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your keyboard, use the left and right arrows to move the basket.
    • Alternately you can move the basket by left clicking on either the left or right side of the screen with your mouse.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on the left or right side of the screen with your fingers to move the mouse.
  • Controls and indicators (top row, left to right):
    • Current score
    • Lives
    • Timer
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • Move the box to catch the falling good apples.
      • Don’t miss any of the good apples that fall. Good apples are a bright red.
      • Don’t catch any of the bad apples. Bad apples are a dark, brownish red.
    • Catch as many apples as you can within the time limit.
      • You start with 120 seconds on the clock.
      • The game ends when the timer expires.
  • Lives
    • You begin the game with 3 lives, represented by apples on the top center of the screen.
    • You lose a life each time you miss a good apple or catch a bad one.
    • Lose all your lives and the game ends.
  • Scoring
    • You earn a point for every apple you collect.
    • You can compare your latest and best scores on the game over screen.
• Target Audience
