How to Play

Move the knife from one board to another for as long as you can.

• Starting the Game
  • Select the play button at the center of the welcome screen to begin.
  • On the top row of the welcome screen are the following buttons:
    • Select the speaker button on the top left corner to turn the game’s sounds on or off.
    • Select the shop button to unlock and equip new knives. This feature is currently in development.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your high score.
    • Your high score is shown below the game’s title on the welcome screen.

    • With your mouse, left click to launch the knife.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on the screen with your fingers to launch the knife.

  • Basic rules
    • You start with a knife stuck on one of the boards on either side of the screen.
      • Move the apple up by left clicking or tapping on the screen at the right time.
      • An arrow that moves up and down appears next to the knife. This determines the direction the knife moves.
      • If you aim well, your knife will land somewhere in a board on the opposite wall.
    • To maximize your score, try to aim for the green area at the center of the board.
    • Shoot at as many apples as you can.
      • Remember: Apples don’t provide points. Feel free to let one go if you think you don’t have the time to aim for it,.
    • For you to continue playing, the apple must land on a board on the other side. If you miss, it’s game over.
    • Over time, the screen scrolls slowly upward.
      • Make sure to launch your knife before it scrolls away.
      • The game ends prematurely if the knife still hasn’t moved.
  • Score
    • You earn points each time the knife lands on the boards.
    • The amount of points you get depends on where the knife lands on the board:
      • Your score is higher the closer it is to the area marked in green.
      • You receive the maximum score of 100 points if you land the knife squarely at the green area.
    • You can compare your latest and best scores on the game over screen.
  • Apples
    • Apples serve as the in-game currency. Collect as many as you can.
    • Once the store is live, you can use the apples you collect to unlock new knives.
• Target Audience
  • The game is suited for players who like knife throwing games.
  • The game has no adult themed content.
