How to Play

Guide your Smurf safely down the mountain. Make leaps, avoid rocks and tress, and collect presents.

• Starting the Game
  • Left the click the mouse on the “Go” button to start.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • Use the arrow keys to move your Smurf left and right.
    • In the two player game, the second player uses the “A” and “D” buttons.
    • Use your left mouse button to select a game.
  • On touchscreen devices you use your finger like a mouse.
    • Tap the left and right of the screen to move left and right.
• Game Play
  • You have a choice of three styles of game:
    • Normal game = collect presents to get the highest score.
    • Challenge = try and last as long as you can without hitting an obstacle.
    • Two player = play with a friend to try and get the highest score. The two player game is only available in the desktop version.
  • The Normal game starts with your Smurf at the top of the slope.
  • Click between Papa Smurf and Smurfette.
  • Guide your smurf down the slope. Avoid trees and rocks. If you hit them, you will lose a life.
  • Your number of lives are shown as blue hearts at the top of the screen.
  • Collect presents for extra points.
  • Occasionally, you’ll come across a jump. Make the leap for extra points.
  • You will also come across blue hearts. Collect these for extra lives.
  • When you run out of lives, the game ends.
  • You can enter your name. Your name, and your score, will be saved on the leaderboard.
  • For challenge mode, try and last until 200 ft. The trick is to watch the bottom of the screen and react as soon as something appears.
  • For two player, play against a friend. For an extra challenge, try controlling both characters with only one player. This is near impossible.
  • The soundtrack sounds a little bit like a song by the White Stripes. Can you guess which one?
