How to Play

Change the size of the shape to help it pass through the hole.

• Starting the Game
  • At the center of the welcome screen, select the play button to begin.
  • On the bottom row of the welcome scree are the following options (from left to right):
    • Select the star button to unlock and equip colored themes.
    • Select the statistics button to view your game data.
    • Select the gear button to adjust the game’s settings.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your in-game statistics.

    • Press the up arrow key to grow taller and skinnier.
    • Press the down arrow key to shrink shorter and grow wider.
    • With your mouse, left click and drag to adjust the shape.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on the screen with your fingers to adjust the shape.
• Game Play
  • Game options
    • At the top row of the settings screen are the following controls
      • Select the speaker button on the left to turn the game’s sounds on or off.
      • Select the music button on the right to turn the game’s music on or off.
    • On the bottom row, move the slider to adjust the game’s cursor or finger sensitivity.
      • Sensitivity affects how fast you can change the shape’s size. The more sensitive the setting, the smaller the movement needed to adjust the shape.
  • Basic rules
    • You begin with a shape—a rectangle—that’s traveling through a path.
      • As the rectangle moves forward, it approaches gates that vary in shape and size.
      • Pay attention to the appearance of the opening on the approaching gate.
      • You can compare your rectangle’s current dimensions to the upcoming one using the blue projection that appears in front of it.
    • Pull at the rectangle to change its dimensions as fast as you could.
      • Pulling up or down changes the height.
      • Pulling to the left or right changes the width.
    • Work as fast as you can to avoid crashing.
    • If the rectangle crashes onto any of the gates, it’s game over.
    • On the game over screen are the following options:
      • Select the X button on the bottom left to quit and return to the welcome screen..
      • Select the reset button at the bottom center to clear your previous score and try again.
      • Select the play button on the bottom right corner to continue playing .
  • Scoring and themes
    • Score
      • Each gate you pass is worth 1 point.
      • You can view your latest and best scores on the game over screen.
    • Themes
      • Earning a specific score lets you unlock a new theme based on a different color.
      • There are 12 themes to unlock.
