How to Play

Rotate the stages clockwise or counterclockwise as needed to roll the ball to the exit while avoiding any spikes or stars along the path.

• Starting the Game
  • Tap anywhere on the game loading screen to bring up the game’s welcome screen.
  • Select the button in the lower center of the welcome screen to bring up the level select screen.
    • Levels are unlocked sequentially.
    • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.
  • The welcome screen has a sound control button in the upper right corner, a game developer information button in the lower left corner, and a more games button in the lower right corner.

    • Use your mouse left click button and drag horizontally to spin the maze.
      • Dragging left spins clockwise.
      • Dragging right spins counterclockwise.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap the screen with a finger & drag your finger across the screen to rotate the maze.
  • Controls & indicators
    • The upper left corner shows the current level number you are playing.
    • The upper right corner has 3 buttons to return to the level select screen, restart the current level, and control game sound.
    • The level select screen shows which levels you have unlocked.
• Game Play
  • Basics
    • Spin the puzzle as needed to get the ball rolling.
    • Adjust your path back and forth to avoid running into spikes or stars.
      • Spikes first appear on level 6.
      • Stars first appear on level 11.
    • Make it to the exit to beat the level and move onto the next stage.
  • Levels
    • This game has 24 stages which are unlocked sequentially.
      • You can go back and replay previously beat levels at any time.
    • Winning vs losing
      • You win a level by making it to the exit.
      • You lose a level by running into a spike or a star.
      • If you lose a level the game allows you to replay it an unlimited number of times.
  • Tips
    • Levels are untimed, so it helps to break levels down into discrete chunks where you can pause the game in between timing moves where you past near stars or spikes.
    • Across most of the levels it makes sense to play slow most of the time, however if you are in an area where the star goes the full width of the puzzle you may need to pass quickly through that area with the correct timing to avoid it.
