How to Play

Place colored circular pieces onto the grid. Form either rows or stacks of same color to clear them. Keep placing and clearing pieces until you run out of space.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen:
    • Select the play button on the bottom center to begin.
    • Select the information button on the bottom left corner to open the game’s tutorial.
    • Select the speaker button on the top left corner to turn the game’s sounds on or off.

    • With your mouse, left click to select.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on the screen with your fingers to select.
  • Controls and indicators
    • Top row:
      • Hamburger button: Pauses the game and opens the pause menu

    • Bottom row:
      • Reroll button
      • Current piece
      • Swipe button
    • Pause menu (top-down):
      • X button (top right corner): Resumes the game
      • Speaker button (center left)
      • Information button (center right)
      • Restart button (bottom center): Restarts the game from the beginning.
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • You begin with a 3 x 3 grid.
    • Place the piece shown in the bottom center onto the screen.
      • Select and hold to choose the piece.
      • Drag and drop the piece onto any of the spaces on the grid.
      • The game will highlight each of the pieces you can drop the
    • Pieces appear as concentric circles.
      • You can put up to 3 concentric circles in each space.
      • You can only place in pieces that fit in a specific space. For instance, if you have a middle layer piece, you can only place this in a space with room for a middle layer piece.
      • Pieces can consist of one or two layers.
    • Form groups of pieces of 3 colors to remove them from the grid.
      • These can either be a 3 concentric layers of the same color or a full line of three pieces.
        • Spaces that have 3 concentric layers of the same piece are called stacks. If you form a full stack, you will remove all other pieces of that color from the grid.
        • Lines of 3 can be horizontal (row), vertical (column), or diagonal. All the pieces in the row of that color will be cleared.
      • Keep clearing lines and stacks until you run out of space in the grid.
    • When you run out of valid spaces to place new pieces, it’s game over.
      • Select restart on the game over screen to start a new session.
  • Scoring and combos
    • Each piece cleared from a line is worth 5 points. The lowest possible score you can get from clearing lines is 15 points.
    • Each piece cleared from a stack is worth 10 points. The lowest possible score from a stack is 30 points.
    • You will receive a multiplier combo from clearing several lines and stacks at once.
      • The multiplier combo depends on the number of pieces and lines cleared. It follows this formula:
        • (total from the first line + total from the second line etc.) x number of lines cleared
      • You can earn up to 5x your total from multiplier combos.
  • Rerolls and Swipes
    • Overview
      • You receive 3 rerolls and 3 swipes at the start of the game.
      • Select their respective buttons to activate them as needed.
      • Both can help you extend your playing time by helping you avoid less pleasant circumstances.
      • These cannot be replaced. Use them sparingly.
    • Rerolls
      • Rerolls let you generate a new piece and discard your current one without placing it on the grid.
      • The new piece is decided at random, so you can’t know for sure whether the new piece would be more useful.
      • We suggest using a reroll in times when the current piece cannot be used favorably at all.
    • Swipes
      • Swipes, when activated, allow you to shift the position of each of the pieces already in the square.
        • Select any of the arrows on the edges of the grid to move the line of pieces in that direction.
        • The piece at the edge you choose to move will reappear on the opposite end of the line.
      • Depending on the circumstances, swipes can be useful in clearing rows and for generating unexpected combos.
