How to Play

Keep climbing until you reach the end of the level. Avoid any enemies you encounter along the way.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select the play button below the title of the screen to begin.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress and high score.
    • Both your previous best score and coins can be seen below the play button.

    • With your keyboard, use the left and right arrow keys to move.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • With your fingers, tap on the left and right arrows on the bottom row of the screen to move.

  • Choose a character
    • You start off with only one playable character.
    • To unlock more characters, pay for them with coins.
  • Choose a level
    • Levels are unlocked in sequence. Only the first level is playable at the start of the game.
    • Finish one level to unlock the next one.
    • You can replay any of the levels you’ve already unlocked.
  • Basic rules
    • Your character jumps automatically.
    • Move toward a platform to go up. Keep hopping from platform to platform until you reach the top of the level.
    • Avoid hitting enemies..
      • Each time you hit them you lose a life.
      • Pay attention to how they move before you climb up.
      • To avoid some enemies, consider going down first until they move away. Unlike other ascending games, bottom platforms in this game do not disappear when you scroll past them.
  • Lives
    • You start the game with 5 lives, represented by hearts.
    • See the number of hearts you have on the top left corner of the screen.
    • Lose all your lives and it’s game over.
    • Pick up extra lives on your way up.
