How to Play

Float the emojis up and merge identical ones together. Keep merging emojis until you’ve formed the largest possible one.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen:
    • Select Start at the center to begin.
    • Select the question mark button on the top left corner to open the game’s tutorial screen.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your mouse, left click to float the emoji in the direction your cursor is pointing.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap anywhere on the screen with your fingers to float the emoji in that direction.
  • Controls and indicators (top row, left to right)
    • Emoji button: Opens the emoji chart
    • Score
    • Timer
    • Speaker button
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • You get to float the first five emojis in the game.
    • Choose a site to float the emojis with your mouse or fingers.
      • Once you click or tap, the emoji will float by itself.
      • If it collides with an identical emoji, they will merge together.
    • Keep merging the emojis until you form the sinister smiling devil emoji.
    • Don’t let the stack of emojis reach the bottom of the screen
      • There is no game over screen. Once you cannot play, you must reload the browser window.
  • Scoring
    • You get points from the following actions.
      • Dropping an emoji.
      • Merging a pair of emojis.
    • Dropping emojis gives you the point value of the emoji you dropped. For instance, dropping the smallest emoji gives you 2 points.
    • Merging emojis gives you the sum of the two. If you merge two of the smallest emojis, for example, you gain 4 points.
  • Emoji order
    • This game features 20 emojis, which merge in the following order:
      • Happy
      • Blue crying
      • Pink wink with star
      • Green bandaged / sick
      • Pink kissing with heart
      • Purple sad
      • Yellow with tongue out
      • Dark blue sad face with X eyes
      • Laughing so hard it is crying
      • Teal under the weather
      • Hearts for eyes
      • Green sick
      • Orange gleeful
      • Navy blue 0 face
      • Lime green with shades
      • Purple angry face
      • Teal gleeful
      • Angry gray
      • Angel
      • Devil
    • You can select the emoji icon from the upper left corner of the play screen to see a list of them in order, from left to right & top to bottom.
  • Tips
    • Wait till everything stops moving before you float another emoji.
    • Plan two moves ahead. Choose a location for the current and next emoji before you drop the current one.
    • Place lower value emojis toward the edge if you find no other place for them.
    • If you forget the emoji order use the above list or the emojis menu button in the game.
