  • Game Play
    • Basics
      • Your goal in this game is to fill each cup to a fill line.
      • Draw lines to guide fluid flow, and when your lines have been drawn you can tap on the pipe to start fluid flow.
        • You can do light taps to make dots, or make solid lines.
        • After water starts to flow from the pipe you can not draw any more lines.
    • Features
      • This game has many features in the level design.
        • Pink spinning wheels – arms on them grab the fluid and direct it.
        • Blue platforms – fixed and not moving, water can flow across them.
        • Magnets – you can repeatedly cycle them on and off to attract water and release it.
        • Red areas – you are unable to draw lines through areas with a red background color.
        • Portals – water flows in the blue portal and out the orange portal.
        • Yellow sponges – absorb any water which touches them. Slide them out of the way.
        • Pink platforms – rotate on a fulcrum in the middle based on gravity. You can draw lines near them to pre-position them or prevent them from moving. The water weight on them also adjusts their angles.
        • Purple item – Tap it once to suck water flow going through the area right, tap again to have the water go left, and tap a third time to turn the device off and have the water fall down.
        • Arrow boxes – some parts of the level have a darker brown background with arrows on them pointing up or down. The arrows point the direction the water will move when it crosses through the area.
        • Red evaporators – water which touches these evaporates. Draw lines a bit away from them to ensure water does not touch them.
        • Yellow platforms – fall due to gravity when water begins to pour. You can draw dashes or lines around them to hold them in place.
        • Escalators – water which touches them moves in the direction of the arrow shown on them, with the water speeding up as it passes across them.
    • Levels
      • This game has 100 levels which are unlocked sequentially.
        • You can go back and replay previously beat levels at any time to try to earn a better star rating on them.
      • Winning vs losing
        • You win by filling the cup to the fill line.
        • You lose if you fail to fill the water to the fill line, or if your fluid flows so slowly that the level times out before the cup fills.
        • This game offers unlimited continues, starting you at the beginning of the failed level.
      • Star ratings
        • On each stage you earn a star rating based on how much ink you have remaining when you beat the stage.
        • You must click through to the next level to record the beat level and your star rating.
        • You can replay levels to try to earn a higher star rating on them.
          • Your new score will only replace the old score if the new score is higher.
    • Tips
      • Level features
        • On most stages you typically need to create a path which crosses most level features.
        • Some stages have multiple ways to beat them, with clever and shorter paths that skip some of the obstacles.
        • If you get stuck on a level you can click the hints button to get an idea of how to beat it.
      • Smoothness
        • Lines which are smooth allow water to flow quickly past them.
          • Use smooth lines when you need to keep momentum.
        • Lines which are jagged slow down the water & give it less energy through the next portion of the stage.
          • Use jagged lines when you need to slow down the water.
          • Another way to redirect flow is to put a small up lip in the water, or to put a fairly flat part at the end of a line in order to have the water land on a different location below.
        • Solid vs dashes
          • If you are drawing a line for fluid to flow on it makes sense to draw a solid line.
          • If you are drawing to spin a pink moving platform or to hold a yellow platform in place you can draw a few dots rather than making a straight line.
      • Speed
        • If you move your mouse cursor quickly you do not use much ink relative to how much ground you cover.
        • When you have narrow paths or are near evaporators it can make sense to draw slower in order to keep your fluid flowing & safe from evaporating.
          • If you draw your lines too closely to the evaporators or leave gaps in them the water can still evaporate rather quickly, even if only a small portion of the evaporator is exposed.
      • Star ratings
        • If you earn fewer than 3 stars keep playing until you have beat all levels in the game and then come back to try to complete the game to 100%.
  • Target Audience
    • The game is suited for players who like line drawing path making games.
      • This is the fourth game in this series.
        • If you like this game we would recommend playing the other 3 games in the series.
      • The games can be played in any order, though they get more difficult and more feature rich as you progress through them, so it is best to play them in order.
    • The game has no adult themed content.
