How to Play

Match all the identical pairs of cards onscreen before the timer expires.

• Starting the Game
  • Select the play button on the bottom center of the loading screen to bring up the welcome screen.
  • On the welcome screen, select the play button at the center to begin.
  • On the bottom right corner of the welcome screen are the following controls, from left to right:
    • Select the music button to turn the game’s music on or off.
    • Select the speaker button to turn the game’s sound effects on or off.
  • Select the enlarge button on the bottom left corner to switch between windowed and full screen modes.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress and high score.

  • Desktop
    • With your mouse, left click on a card to put it face up.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on a card with your fingers to place it face up.
  • Controls and indicators (top-down)
    • Left
      • Score
      • Timer
      • Number of pairs
      • Number of turns
      • Level number
    • Right
      • Pause button: Opens the pause menu.
      • The pause menu has the following controls (left to right):
        • Enlarge button
        • Hamburger button: Quits the game and returns you to the welcome screen
        • Music button
        • Speaker button
        • Reset button
        • Resume button
      • Card stack
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • Left click or tap anywhere to start the clock.
    • Find the identical pairs of cards.
      • Select a card to put it face up. Repeat the process with another card.
      • If the cards match, they are removed from the field.
      • If they don’t, however, they return to the face down position. Remember them.
    • Match all the cards before the timer expires.
      • If you run out of time, you fail the level. Game over.
      • If you think you can’t finish the level in time, pause the game and reset.
      • On the game over screen, you can share the game and your best scores on Facebook and Twitter.
  • Levels
    • There are 14 levels in this game, which are unlocked sequentially.
    • Each time you reload the game, you begin from the latest level you’ve unlocked.
    • When you end with a game over, the next session you start will automatically start from the first level.
  • Scoring
    • Each pair of cards is worth 100 points.
    • Your final score is based on the number of points you’ve earned from the time you began to the time the game ends. This can happen in two ways:
      • You finish the game.
      • You run out of time and end with a game over.
    • You can view your final and best scores on the game over screen.
• Target Audience
  • The game is suited for players who celebrate Halloween or like memory card games.
  • The game has no adult themed content.
