How to Play

Connect all the colored circles in the grid with a line. Make sure all the cells in the grid are occupied. No line between two points may overlap.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select the play button to begin.
  • Select the music button to turn the game’s music on and off.
  • Select the speaker button to do the same to the game’s audio effects.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your mouse, left click and drag to draw a path between points of the same color..
  • Touchscreen devices
    • To create a path, tap on any of the points with your fingers and draw until you reach its partner.
  • Controls and indicators
    • The game’s controls and indicators are found on the top row. From left to right, they are as follows:
      • Pause button
      • Level number
• Game Play
  • Levels
    • Levels are unlocked sequentially.
      • Only the first level is playable at the start of the game.
      • Finish one level to unlock the next.
        • Select the arrow button on the win screen to proceed to the next level.
        • Select the reset button to replay the current level.
        • Select the home button to exit to the welcome screen.
    • There are 50 levels in this game.
      • You can replay any of the levels you’ve already unlocked.
      • If you fail a level or make and error you can retry an unlimited number of times.
  • Basic rules
    • Connect all the identically colored circles with a single line.
    • All the lines drawn must combine to occupy every empty cell in the grid.
    • None of the lines can overlap.
  • Progression
    • The first 3 levels have a 4 x 4 grid.
    • Later grids are larger, with the grid size changing by level and some going as high as 7 x 7.
  • Strategy
    • Dots near the corners or edges of the level often have a connecting path along the perimeter. Connecting them first can reduce the remaining grid size and make it easy to see which open tiles remain.
    • While lines can turn an unlimited number of times, through the first 75% of the game most lines connecting dots do not take circuitous routes & take fairly straight routes with only a few turns in them.
    • As you get near the end of the game some lines need to take circuitous routes that go back and forth almost like you are painting, so that you have line drawn in every cell.
