How to Play

Drop and merge fruits until you form the watermelon.

• Starting the Game
  • At the center of the welcome screen are the following controls:
    • Select the play button to begin.
    • Select the question mark button to open the game’s instructions.

  • Desktop
    • With your mouse:
      • Move your cursor to move the fruit around.
      • Left click to drop the fruit from where your cursor is pointing.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on the screen with your fingers to drop the fruits from the spot you’ve touched.
  • Controls and indicators (top row, left to right)
    • Fruit button: Opens the fruit gallery
    • Current score
    • Next fruit
    • Timer
    • Speaker button: Turns the game’s sound effects on or off
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • Drop a fruit down the shaft to earn points.
    • Dropping identical fruits next to each other will merge them together.
      • Keep merging the fruits to keep them from stacking up too high.
      • Merge until you form the watermelon.
    • Don’t let the fruit stack reach the top of the screen, when it does, it’s game over.
  • Strategy and tips
    • Periodically check the fruit gallery to learn the value of the fruits you drop.
      • The list goes from left to right and from the top down.
      • The first five fruits are the ones that drop.
    • Pay attention to the next fruit about to fall and plan for that fruit as well as the one you’re about to drop.
    • Merge the larger fruits toward the center and place lower value fruits round the sides.
    • Wait until the fruits stop rolling before dropping the next one.
  • Scoring
    • Each fruit you drop save for the first one adds its value to your score.
      • Dropping a blueberry, the lowest valued fruit, yields you 2 points.
    • Merging two identical fruits also yields you the value of the resulting fruit.
    • Compare your latest and best scores on the game over screen.
