How to Play

Direct the snake toward the soccer ball and push it toward the goal on your opponent’s side of the field.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen:
    • Choose a game mode on the bottom left corner to begin:
      • Select CPU on the left to play against a computer player.
      • Select Player vs. Player to challenge a human player
    • Select the music switch to turn the game’s music on or off.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your keyboard:
      • Press the space bar to start the game.
      • Single player/Red human player
        • Press the left and right arrows to turn.
        • Press the up arrow to give your snake a boost.
      • Yellow human player:
        • Press the A and D or Q and D keys to move.
        • Press the W or Z keys to give your snake a boost.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Although this game might load on touchscreen devices, its controls were optimized for desktops with keyboards.
  • Controls and indicators (left to right)
    • Top row:
      • Yellow player score
      • Timer (if applicable)
      • Red player score
      • Pause button
    • Bottom row:
      • Yellow player boost bar

  • Basic rules
    • Setting up
      • Choose a game mode from the bottom row of the main menu:
        • First to 3
        • Timed
        • Sudden death
      • If playing against another human, choose a keyboard style on the left side of the main menu:
        • Select either the WAD (Qwerty keyboard) or ZQD (Azerty keyboard) controls if playing as yellow.
        • The red player always uses the arrow keys.
      • If playing against a computer player, choose a difficulty level from the left side of the main menu:
        • Easy
        • Hard
    • Essentials
      • Release the snakes to begin the game.
        • The snakes move forward automatically once released.

      • Steer the snake around the field.
        • Push the ball to the goal on your opponent’s side.
        • Block your opponent snake from pushing the ball to the goal on your side.
        • Use boosts to push the ball harder.
          • You both start with a full boost bar.
          • You can only use boosts while the boost bar is filled up.
          • Collect food to refill your boost bar.
        • Each time you score a goal, you must release the snakes all over again.
      • Meet the conditions of the game mode to win.
      • After the match ends, press the space bar or select the reset button on the bottom center of the game over screen to restart the same match.

      • This is exactly what it says. Be the first snake to score 3 points to win the match.
    • Timer
      • You begin with a 60-second timer. Earn as many points as you can before the timer expires.
      • Each time a player scores, the timer is frozen. The timer will resume when you release the snakes and start the second round.
      • If the timer expires with a tie, the game switches to sudden death rules.
    • Sudden Death
      • The first player to score a goal automatically wins.
