How to Play

Use your space ship to fight off as many approaching enemies as you can.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select Play to begin.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your game data.
    • Select Game Stats on the welcome screen to see your statistics for this game.
    • To clear your previous stats, select Clear Data on the game stats screen.
• Game Controls

    • With your keyboard:
      • Press the WASD keys or arrows to move.
        • Press the A key or the left arrow key to move left.
        • Press the D key or the right arrow key to move right.
        • Press the W key or the up arrow key to move up.
        • Press the S key or the down arrow key to move down.
      • Press F to auto-fire.
      • Press P to pause the game.
      • Press M to mute the game.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Although this game might load on touchscreen devices, its controls were optimized for desktops with keyboards.

    • Top row:
      • Health bar

  • Basic rules
    • Moving and attacking
      • Move around or stay in one place.
        • We recommend staying put in the early game but start moving around when the first power up appears.
        • Use the mini map to determine your location.
      • You can choose to manually shoot the enemies yourself or shoot them.
    • Enemies
      • Weaker enemies will merely move around. They will not actively try to get close to you.
      • Stronger enemies will try to hunt you down. You have to shoot or evade them.
      • Most enemies have a health bar that appears when you hit them. This indicates their number of remaining hit points.
    • Levels
      • Each time you kill an enemy, you fill up your progress bar.
      • When your progress bar is full, you level up.
  • Health
    • You start each session with a full bar of health.
    • Each time an enemy collides with you or traps you within it, you lose health.
    • Lose all your health and you die.
    • To replenish your health, find and collect health pack power ups.
  • Power ups
    • Power ups appear as boxes with their descriptions.
    • To equip them, fly toward them and collect them.
    • Once equipped, they will provide you with a brief combat bonus.
  • Scoring
    • Shoot down enemies to earn points.
    • Your scores come in values of five.
      • The more shots it takes to kill an enemy, the more points you receive.
      • The weakest enemies give you 5 points. Enemies that go down in two shots are worth 10 points, etc.
• Target Audience
  • The game is suited for players who like space shooting games.
  • The game has no adult themed content.
