This is a simple yet challenging line-breaking game reminiscent of Tetris and Rubik’s Cubes. Move rows of tiles using the arrows outside the grid. Form full rows to clear them from the screen. Create rows that incorporate bombs to defuse them.

• Each bomb comes with a 50-move timer. When the timer runs out, kaboom!
• When you remove a row with a bomb in it, that bomb is defused.
• Take out as many bombs as you can before one of them explodes.

Defuse The Bombs Game for Kids Video Game Play Instructions

How to Play

Form rows of 7 identically colored tiles to defuse the bombs within them. Defuse as many bombs as you can before one of them explodes.

• Starting the Game
  • Left click or tap anywhere on the loading screen to bring up the welcome screen.
  • At the center of the welcome screen, select the play button to begin.
  • On the top right corner of the welcome screen are the following controls:
    • Select the enlarge button to switch between windowed and full screen modes.
    • Select the speaker button to turn the game’s sound effects on and off.
    • Select the music button to turn the game’s music on and off.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your best score
    • You can view your best score below the play button on the welcome screen.
    • To clear your best score, select Hold Here to Reset Your Score on the loading screen. Note that this cannot be undone.

  • Basic rules
    • You begin with a set of colored tiles spread out across a 7×7 grid.
    • A few sets of tiles have bombs in them.
      • The numbers on the bombs indicate how many moves it takes before they blow up.
        • Each bomb starts with the number 50.
        • Each time you make a move, the number on the bomb decreases by 1.
      • More bombs appear as you play the game.
      • If any of the bombs blow up, it’s game over.
    • To defuse the bombs, include it in a full row of identically colored tiles.
      • Use the arrows at the edge of the grid to move the rows of tiles around.
      • The game works similarly to puzzles like the Rubik’s’ cube. The tiles cannot move individually.
    • Keep defusing bombs until one of them blows up.
  • Scoring
    • You earn 7 points per tile, or around 42 per row you clear.
• Tips
  • Pay attention to where all the tiles are going.
    • Prioritize making rows for the bombs with the lowest numbers.
    • Don’t make unnecessary moves that add to your count.
  • See if you can clear multiple bombs in a single row.
