How to Play

Catch the fish with letters that spell out the word on top of the fisherman.

• Starting the Game
  • You begin the game with the tutorial screen. Read it carefully.
    • The game’s tutorial screen explains its core rules.
    • Close the tutorial screen to access the welcome screen.
    • Select the instruction button on the top right corner of the welcome screen to read the instructions again.
  • On the welcome screen, do the following to get started:
    • Select a difficulty level.
    • Select Play now to begin the game.

  • Desktop
    • With your keyboard:
      • Use the left and right arrow keys to move.
      • Use the down arrow key or space bar to catch the fish.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • With your fingers:
      • Tap on the left and right arrow buttons to move.
      • Tap on the down arrow button to catch an incoming fish.
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • A word is spelled out above the character.
    • Catch the fish with the corresponding letter.
      • Move the boat from left to right to catch the fish.
      • Make sure the fish is the one you need to catch.
      • Catch the fish according to the order of letters in the word.
    • You have 1 minute and 20 seconds to finish a round.
  • Scoring
    • Each letter you pick up in the correct order is worth 2 points.
    • After finishing a word, you earn bonus points. You can earn up to 20 bonus points.
    • Meanwhile, you lose 15 points for every incorrect fish you caught. The following are considered incorrect:
      • A letter that doesn’t appear in the word
      • A letter that, while in the word, was taken out of order
