3D Christmas Sudoku Game for Kids Video Game Play Instructions

How to Play

Place ornaments in the empty spaces of the grid. Each row, column, and square on the grid can only have one of each ornament.

• Starting the Game
  • At the center of the welcome screen are the following controls:
    • Select New Game to begin.
    • Select Help to open the game’s instructions.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your mouse, left click to select.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on the screen with your fingers to select.
  • Controls and indicators (left to right)
    • Top row:
      • Timer
      • Game title
      • Shuffle button: Starts a new game
      • Spaces solved
    • Bottom row:
      • Key button: Solves the current puzzle
      • Information button: Opens the game’s instructions
      • Home button: Quits the game and return to the welcome screen
      • Speaker button: Turns the game’s sounds on and off
• Game Play
  • You begin with a 4×4 grid with various Christmas ornaments.
    • There are 6 missing spaces in the grid.
    • Each row, column, and box in the grid should contain one unique instance of each ornament.
  • To place in an ornament, select an empty space.
    • A window will appear that holds the four available ornaments and an x.
    • Select any of the ornaments to place it in the space.
    • Select the X to keep it empty or remove an ornament you previously placed in.
  • Fill in all the spaces to finish the puzzle.
    • When you’re done, select the arrow on the bottom center to load a new puzzle.
• Target Audience
  • The game is suited for players who celebrate Christmas and like simple Sudoku games.
  • The game has no adult themed content.
