How to Play

Identify all of the words shown on the bottom row before the timer runs out.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select the play button to begin.
  • Select the question mark button to learn how to play the game.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your mouse, left click and drag to identify the word.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap and drag on the screen with your fingers to highlight the words.
  • Controls and indicators:
    • Top row (left to right):
      • Menu button: Quits the game and returns you to the category selection screen
      • Background button: Changes the color of the game’s background
      • Play/pause button: Turns the timer on or off
      • Reset button: Creates a new puzzle from the same items
      • Speaker button: Turns the game’s audio on or off
    • Bottom row (top-down):
      • Timer bar
      • Words to search
• Game Play
  • Choose a category
    • Picking a category limits the type of words you can find in the puzzle.
    • There are 10 categories to choose from: animal, forest, Halloween, kitchen, pet, picnic, playground, sport, transport, and village.
  • Basic rules
    • Highlight the words by selecting and dragging on its location on the screen.
      • Select the first letter of the word and drag in the direction that spells it out.
      • The word being spelled by your selection is shown on the top center of the screen below the pause button.
      • Words can appear horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
      • Words can appear left to right or vice versa on the field.
      • Letter tiles can be used as part of multiple different words.
    • Find all the words before the timer runs out.
