Tetris Invaders Game for Kids Video Game Play Instructions

How to Play

Defeat as many of the oncoming enemy army of tetrominoes as possible.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select the play button before the title of the game to begin.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your progress and high score.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your keyboard, select the left and right arrow keys to move side to side.
    • With your mouse, left click and drag to move side to side.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on the screen with your fingers to move left or right
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • Your tetromino automatically fires at your enemies.
    • Move left and right to take out as many of the enemy tetrominoes as you can.
    • Avoid the enemy attacks.
    • Do not let the enemy reach your side of the screen.
  • Attack pattern
    • Enemies fire in unison after a set of 5 moves.
    • Try to time your evasive maneuvers based on this pattern.
  • Lives
    • Each time an enemy beam hits you, you lose 1 life. Lose all 3 lives and its game over.
    • Every time you lose a life, you start the game from the beginning, but keep your current score.
    • You can keep track of your lives on the bottom right corner of the screen.
  • Scoring
    • Each enemy tetromino is worth 10 points.
    • View your top score on the top center of the screen.
    • Your current score is shown to the top left.
• Target Audience
  • The game is suited for people who like simple space shooter games inspired by Space Invaders.
  • The game has no adult themed content.
