How to Play

Guide the Santa-themed “snake” to pick up as many decorations and presents as possible.

• Starting the Game
  • Press the play button on the game loading screen to bring up the mode select screen.
  • Select the speaker button on the top left to turn the game’s audio on or off.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your high score.

    • With your keyboard, use the arrow keys to move.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • With your fingers, tap on the arrow buttons below the playing field.
• Game Play
  • Mode selection
    • From the mode select screen choose to play on classic mode, hard mode, or multiplayer.
      • Classic: The game has no walls and your movement wraps. This is the easygoing version of the game.
      • Hard: The game has walls and your movement does not wrap.
      • Multiplayer: Play against another person from the Internet.
  • Basic rules
    • Move the “snake” (a red tube with Santa’s hand) around the field.
    • Pick up presents to make the tube longer.
    • Don’t let Santa’s hand touch the rest of the “snake.” If you do, it’s game over.
    • In Hard Mode, you must also avoid having the “snake” hit the wall.
  • Scoring
    • Earn points by picking up presents and Christmas balls.
      • Presents are worth 1 point.
      • Christmas balls are worth 5 points.
      • Special presents, with a white glow around them, are also worth 5 points.
    • Keep track of your score using the counter on the top center of the screen.
  • VS mode
    • When you play in VS mode whoever scores more points by the timer reaches zero wins.
    • If any player runs into a wall before the timer reaches zero they lose the match, even if they had more points when the wall was hit.
• Target Audience
  • The game is suited for players who celebrate Christmas or like snake games.
  • The game has no adult themed content.
