How to Play

Exhale to ascend and inhale or hold your breath to descend.

• Starting the Game
  • Select the gray Play button on the loading screen to bring up the welcome screen.
  • Tap the spacebar to advance from the welcome screen to the introductory comic, and then on to the first stage.

    • Use the spacebar to advance between stages.
    • Control your flight by breathing.

    • It encourages the use of the 4-7-8 technique which teaches players to
      • breathe in deeply for 4 seconds
      • holding breath for 7 seconds
      • exhaling for 8 seconds

    • When you breathe in or hold your breath the bird should descend on the screen.
    • When you exhale the bird should ascend.
