Marble Math Addition Game for Kids Game Play Instructions

How to Play

Use the marbles to practice addition & click on the answer which is the correct sum for the equation.

• Starting the Game
  • Select the green and white button on the game loading screen to visit the welcome screen.
  • Select the GO marble button on the welcome screen to start the game.
  • Select the marble with the #1 on it. As you beat stages will unlock the remaining 4 stages and then the Marble Drop round.
    • Your web browser automatically stores your game progress.

    • Use your mouse left click button to select the correct answer from the 3 multiple choice answers.
    • You can also use your mouse left click to drop the marbles into the boxes at the bottom of the screen to visualize the equation.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap the screen with your finger to use it like a mouse.
• Game Play
  • Questions
    • Each question in the game has kids add 2 quantities together.
    • Questions have 3 multiple choice answers beneath them.
      • If you answer incorrectly the penguin shakes his head no and then you get to try to solve using the remaining answers, while the incorrect answer you previously chose is removed from the choices.
    • At the bottom of the screen there are boxes children can drop marbles into in order to help visualize the problems.
  • Levels
    • Each round requires 10 correct answers to complete.
    • At the end of each level it will tell you how you performed. Then you can click the marble button in the lower right corner to proceed to the next level.
    • The number range expands to where some answers are larger than 10 by the time you get to the third level, so the first 2 levels children can count the results on their fingers. On the fifth and final level some answers go above 20.
  • Bonus round
    • Look at the number at the top center of the screen and try to add marbles to that number.
    • Click on the left and right arrows in the middle of the screen to move the penguin left or right to catch marbles.
    • When you have reached the number goal click the plus sign in the upper right corner of the screen.
    • Each time you answer correctly the sum is added to your score.
    • You can answer the question with a single marble or you can even have 5 marbles on your tray at once.
    • If you have another way to sum to the goal and have the wrong marble(s) on your tray you can click the minus screen in the upper left corner to dump the tray.
    • If you add to a number greater than the goal then your penguin dumps the tray. Each time you go above the goal number it counts as a strike. Three strikes and it is game over.
