How to Play

As a spy, collect as many items as you can and reach the helicopter before the timer expires.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen. select Play to begin.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your keyboard:
      • Use the left arrow or A key to move left.
      • Use the right arrow or D key to move right.
      • Use the down arrow or S key to deploy the parachute.
      • Use the up arrow or W key to jump
      • Use the space bar to do a flying kick
      • Use the Esc key to pause the game
  • Touchscreen devices
    • With your fingers:
      • Tap on the left and right arrows to move.
      • Tap on the A button to jump
      • Tap on the B button to do a flying kick.
      • Tap on the Y button to use the parachute.
  • Controls and indicators (:eft to right)
    • Top row:
      • Lives
      • Parachutes
      • Items to collect
      • Timer
    • Bottom row:
      • Left and right arrows
      • Y, A, and B buttons
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • Moving around
      • You can run on flat surfaces and jump on platform.
      • You can cling onto walls for a brief time. Use this to climb up by jumping and sliding on the walls.
    • Attacking enemies.
      • Touching enemies will cost you a life.
        • You only have 3 lives at the start ov every level.
        • Lose all your lives and you fail the mission.
      • There are 2 ways to defeat your enemies:
        • Stomp on them.
        • Use your flying kick.
      • Enemies have different levels of hit points.
        • Enemies without helmets go down after one hit or stomp.
        • Helmeted enemies go down after 2 hits.
      • Whenever you can, however, you could try evading them. Enemies do not actively chase you.
      • Defeated enemies will be replaced by new ones after a few seconds.
    • Completing the level
      • Pick up as any items as you can on the level before the timer expires
      • Once you’ve finished everything, make your way up the helicopter.
      • Enter the helicopter to exit the level.
      • If the timer expires, you’ll be marked as “missing in action.”
  • Levels
    • This game has 8 levels which are unlocked sequentially.
      • You automatically start at the first level.
        • Finish one level to unlock the next.
      • You do not have to collect all the items to complete a level; you just need to make it to the helicopter.
        • Level 2 is the only level where you have to collect at least one item.
    • You can’t go back and replay previously beat levels.
      • Each time you reload the game, you automatically start at the first level all over again.
  • Tips
    • When you wall climb you can repeatedly jump off a single wall. You are not required to jump back and forth.
    • If a wall you climb has a block above you which prevents climbing higher then you can jump across toward the other side & if the chasm is too wide do a flying kick to move straight across rather than with an arc.
    • The flying kick is useful not only for defeating enemies, but also for reaching item pickups that are hard to reach. Stand on a nearby high platform and jump toward an item then use the flying kick to maintain altitude while covering a lot of ground.
    • Enemies repeatedly appear & the time you have remaining when you beat a level is also worth points, so on most stages it makes sense to finish the stage quickly rather than trying to collect all the items on a stage.
