How to Play

Time your knife throws to hit the targets and climb up the walls. Throw quickly to prevent the lava from reaching your knife & throw with precision as your game ends after a single miss.

• Starting the Game
  • Tap anywhere on the game loading screen to bring up the welcome screen.
  • Left click or tap anywhere on the welcome screen to throw the first knife when the arrow is pointing at the first target.
    • Your web browser automatically saves your high score.
  • On the welcome screen the upper left corner has your best score, the upper right corner has a sound control button, the lower left corner has a game developer information button, and the lower right corner has a more games button.

  • Desktop
    • Use your mouse left click button to throw a knife at the next target on the wall when the angle is correct.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap the screen to throw a knife when the angle is correct.
  • Controls & indicators
    • Your all-time high score is shown in the upper left corner of the screen & on the game over screen.
    • Your current score is shown in gray in the top center of the screen.
    • The upper right corner of the screen has a sound control button.
• Game Play
  • Throwing
    • When you tap to start the game you are also throwing your knife.
      • Each time you hit a target you score a point.
        • You score a point if you hit any part of the target.
      • If you hit a bullseye then the next target you hit can be worth 2 points if you get a second consecutive bullseye.
    • After you throw your first knife lava rises continuously.
    • The aim meter moves back and forth until either you throw or the lava reaches your knife.
      • The distance traveled by the aim meter and the speed it moves varies from target to target.
      • Your aim is true in this game.
        • It takes a split second for you to go from aiming to the knife being tossed.
        • The knife does not arc like an arrow might in an archery game.
  • Dying
    • Your game ends after you miss a target or when the lava reaches the same vertical plane as your knife.
• Target Audience
  • The game is suited for players who like knife toss or archery aiming games.
    • The game features knives which are thrown, but the only things in the game beyond the knives are targets and lava.
  • Other than the above the game has no adult themed content.
