How to Play

Drag the food from the shopping cart to the shadows on the grid on the left.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select Play to begin.
  • The game is narrated. We recommend leaving the sound effects on when playing the game for the first time.
• Game Controls

    • With your mouse, left click on an item to select it.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on an item with your fingers to select it.
  • Controls and indicators (top row, left to right)
    • Hamburger button: Quits the game and returns you to the welcome screen
    • Reset button: Starts the game from the beginning.
    • Music button: Turns the game’s music on and off
    • Speaker button: Turns the game’s sounds on and off
• Game Play
  • With your mouse or fingers, select the items on the shopping cart to the right.
  • Drag and drop the selected item to any of the shadows on the left side of the screen.
    • The item must match its shadow.
    • When you match the item to its shadow, the game will show its name and pronounce it.
  • When you’re done, you can select the play button on the win screen to play again.
