How to Play

Slice as many ingredients as you can.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen:
    • Select either of the two modes (No Time or With Time) on the bottom left corner to begin.
    • Select Guide on the bottom right corner to open the game’s tutorial screen.
    • Select the speaker button on the top right corner to turn the game’s audio on or off.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your high score.
    • Your most recent best score is shown on the top left corner of the welcome screen.

    • With your mouse, left click and drag to slice.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on the screen and swipe with your fingers to slice.
  • Controls and indicators (top row, left to right)
    • Top left corner (top-down):
      • Lives
      • Score
    • Timer
    • Pause button
    • Speaker button
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • Slice as many fresh ingredients as you can.
    • Avoid slicing the frozen ingredients. These appear gray.
    • You start each game with 3 lives.
      • Each time you slice a frozen ingredient you lose a life.
      • Lose all your lives, and it’s game over.
    • You get no penalty if any of the uncut ingredients fall offscreen.
  • Scoring
    • You earn 1 point for every ingredient you slice.
    • Your high score is for both modes of the game.
  • Game modes
    • No Timer
      • This version has no time limit.
      • Keep slicing as many ingredients as you can until you lose all your lives.
    • With Timer
      • The game lasts for 60 seconds.
      • Slice as many ingredients as you can within that time.
      • The game will end prematurely if you lose all your lives.
• Target Audience
  • The game is suited for players who like slicing games.
  • The game has no adult themed content.
