Mahjong solitaire basics
In mahjong solitaire players pair off open tiles to remove them from the playing field.
A stone or tile is considered open if both of the following conditions are met
No tiles are stacked atop it.
At least one side of the tile (left or right) does not have anything placed next to it on the same plane.
Tiles will turn blue if they are open and you select them.
In general one should focus more on wide rows of tiles & on tiles with many levels of depth first while leaving other tiles in other locations unless they can be used to work on the larger & more difficult runs.
Levels
The game has 10 levels you must beat sequentially: The three Pyramids, Great Pyramid of Giza, Abu Simbel lesser Temple, Oasis in the Desert, Step Pyramid of King Djoser, Karnak Obelisk, Karnak Temple, River Nile, Valley of the Kings, & Great Sphinx.
Each level starts with a hieroglyphics-based mahjong solitaire game & a find the differences picture game.
Levels have mahjong tiles designed in a layout which mimics the location.
The pictures in the find the differences part of the level shows the landmark.
You have 10 minutes to complete each level. The time limit consists is across both parts of each level.
If the timer runs out it is game over.
If the game is about to end you can refresh the browser and then choose Continue Previous Game rather than Start New Game to replay the level you were on.

Your game score is cumulative across all 10 levels.
Tile matches are worth 30 points.
Shuffling tiles costs you 500 points.
