How to Play

Prevent collisions on a busy street intersection.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select the play button below the game’s title to begin.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your high score.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your mouse, left click on a car to speed them up.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on a car with your fingers to speed them up.
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • Keep the intersection running. Avoid any car collisions.
    • Select a car to speed it up.
    • Should even one pair of cards collide, it’s game over.
    • Earn points for every car that drives away offscreen.
  • Scoring
    • You get 100 points for each car that makes it offscreen.
    • If you select a car and it speeds up, you gain 200 points.
  • Strategy
    • Build up your score by speeding up cars even if they are in no danger of colliding.
    • The streets are not of equal length. Remember this when working out which cars to speed up.
      • Cars traveling in the horizontal street have less time to travel. Prioritize these over the ones in the vertical street.
      • The one exception to this rule are trucks. Speed up other vehicles before the trucks.
    • Trucks are slower than other vehicles. Prioritize moving the other vehicles before selecting the trucks.
    • Watch out for instances when two cars share the same side of the road.
      • If a new car appears immediately behind another, make the car in front go faster.
      • If a new car appears when another car has yet to exit the intersection, do not select any of the vehicles unless the new car gets too close to the first car.
