How to Play

Match 3 or more candy gems in a row to clear them from the field. Keep clearing gems until you successfully fill up the timer bar.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select the play button below the game’s title to begin.
  • Select the speaker button on the top left corner to turn the game’s audio on or off.
  • Select the enlarge button on the top right corner to switch between windowed and full screen modes.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress and best scores.
    • Your most recent best score is shown on a counter below the play button on the welcome screen.

    • With your mouse, left click and drag to highlight the gems you want to switch.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap and swipe on the gems you want to switch with your fingers.

  • Level selection
    • Levels are unlocked sequentially:
      • You start the game with only the first level unlocked.
      • Finish one level to unlock the next.
    • There are 12 levels in this game.
    • You can replay any of the levels you’ve already unlocked.
      • Replaying older levels locks the later levels up again.
      • You have to replay the level and win to unlock the ones after it.
  • Basic rules
    • Create rows of 3 or more gems of a kind to clear them from the field.
      • Highlight the two gems you want to switch places with your mouse or fingers.
      • Any row of 3 or more identical gems will be removed from the field automatically.
    • New candy gems take the places of the ones you removed.
      • Gems will fall and new gems will appear from the top part of the field.
      • Any gems than form a new row will add to your score and time.
    • Fill the timer bar completely to win.
      • The timer bar begins half filled.
      • Over time, the bar gets shorter.
      • Each row of 3 or more you clear adds to the timer bar.
      • If you run out of time, you fail the level.
  • Scoring
    • Each candy gem is worth 2 points.
      • Clearing a row of 3 earns you 6 points.
      • Earn even more points from clearing longer rows, several rows at once, or setting off combinations with new rows that form when new gems spawn.
    • Your score is cumulative across each level.
      • If you replay a level, the points you’ve earned from previous levels that have been locked again stay with you.
