How to Play

Merge fruit tiles to form fruits of higher value. Keep merging fruits until you get the avocado or run out of space.

• Starting the Game
  • At the center of the welcome screen, select Play to begin.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your best score.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your keyboard, use the arrows to move the fruits in a particular direction.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on the screen with your fingers and swipe to move the fruits in a desired direction.
  • Controls and indicators (top-down)
    • Fruit chart
    • Current score
    • Best score
    • Grid
    • Reset button: Starts a new game
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • Move the fruit tiles around to merge them.
      • The fruits tiles slide in the direction you choose and move from edge to edge.
      • If a pair of identical fruit tiles hits each other, they merge into a fruit of a higher value.
      • The values of each fruit tile is shown on its lower right corner.
    • Each time you make a move, another fruit tile is generated in the direction you moved the fruits.
    • Repeat the process until you form the avocado (with a value of 2048) or run out of space to merge.
  • Scoring
    • Your points are derived from the sum of the fruit tiles you merged in a move. For instance, if you merged two apple tiles (worth 2 each), you gain 4 points.
    • Your high score updates in real time.
  • Tips
    • As much as possible, move only in these directions:
      • Down
      • A side of your choice (preferably left)
    • Move up only if you really need to.
    • Keep the largest tile in one corner and merge toward that corner at all times.
