How to Play

Merge groups of two or more identical number tiles to form a number tile with twice their individual value. Repeat the process for as long as you can.

• Starting the Game
  • At the center of the welcome screen, select Play to begin.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.
    • Your high score appears on the top left corner of the welcome screen.
    • Your remaining gems appear on the top right corner of the welcome screen.

    • With your mouse, left click on a number to merge it with its neighbors.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on a number onscreen with your fingers to merge it with its neighbors.
  • Controls and indicators (left to right)
    • Top row:
      • Top left corner (top-down):
        • Best score
        • Exit button: Quits the game and returns you to the welcome screen
      • Current score
      • Top right corner (top-down):
        • Gems earned
        • Speaker button: Turns the game’s sounds on or off
    • Bottom row:
      • Hammer power up
      • Switch power up
      • Shuffle power up
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • Merge groups of 2 or more identical tiles to form a tile twice the individual value of the originals.
      • To merge a tile, left click or tap on it.
      • All its neighboring tiles and the tiles attached to its neighbors that are identical will merge along with it.
    • Each time you unlock a high value tile (e.g. 1,024 or 1K in-game), the game will randomly remove two tiles.
      • This only happens once through all your sessions.
      • The tile that appears on the welcome screen is the highest tile you’ve unlocked.
    • Keep merging the tiles until you run out of tiles to pair.
      • Be sure to deploy your power ups early on. The game will still end even if you can afford to pay for them.
  • Scoring
    • Your score is based on the individual value of the tiles you merged multiplied by the number of tiles you merged minus one.
      • For instance, if you merge a pair of tiles marked with 32, you gain 32 points.
      • If you merge four tiles marked with 8, you get 24 points.
    • Your high score updates in real time.
  • Gems and power ups
    • Gems
      • You begin the game with 500 gems.
      • You can earn more gems by collecting them.
        • Earn five gems each time you merge a group of numbers with at least one gem icon.
      • Use the gems to buy any of the power ups on the bottom row.
    • Power ups
      • There are 3 power ups in the game, which cost gems to activate.
        • Hammer: Removes one tile
        • Switch: Have a pair of adjacent tiles of your choice switch places
        • Shuffle: Changes the arrangement of all your tiles
      • Use them at the right time to lengthen your playing time.
• Target Audience
  • The game is suited for players who like tile breaking games.
  • The game has no adult themed content.
