How to Play

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen:
    • Select the play button to begin.
    • Select the speaker button to turn the game’s sounds on or off.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your cumulative score.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your mouse, left click on the boxes to open them.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on the boxes with your fingers to open them.
  • Controls and indicators (top row, top-down)
    • First level (left to right)
      • Level number
      • X button: Quits the game and returns you to the welcome screen.
    • Second level
      • Coins collected
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • You begin each level with a series of unmarked boxes.
    • To find out what’s inside the boxes, you must select them.
      • The box would either have a bomb or a coin.
      • The chances of you collecting a bomb increase as you collect coins.
    • Collect all the coins in the level to beat it.
      • The number of coins you need to collect is shown on the top center of the screen.
    • Find all the coins within 50 seconds.
    • Finishing a level or ending it in a game over all lead to the same screen.
      • The main difference is the button on the lower left.
        • After a game over, it is a reset button. Use this to start a new session.
        • After you finish a level successfully, it is a next button. Use this to load the next level.
      • The hamburger button on the lower right brings you back to the welcome screen.
  • Levels
    • The game is divided into levels, which are unlocked sequentially.
    • The first level acts as the tutorial for the game.
    • You always start at the first level.
      • If you end with a game over, you will automatically begin on the first level.
      • This is also the case each time you quit or reload the game.
  • Scoring
    • You have two scores:
      • A level score, which is the number of coins you’ve collected in each level.
      • A cumulative score. This is all the coins you ever collected from every level you’ve played.
    • You can view your latest and cumulative scores on the end screen.
• Target Audience
  • The game is suited for players who like simple chance games.
  • The game has no adult themed content.
