How to Play

Jump across platforms to collect all coins in a level while avoiding the spikes.

• Starting the Game
  • Click on the start button to start the game.
  • If you die the game restarts at the same level over and over again.
• Playing the Game
  • There is no double jump, only a single jump.
  • Your character runs forward until he hits something then he will change direction and keep running like Forrest Gump.
  • If you run into spikes you die.
  • The green bamboo platforms stay in position after you walk on them but the purple ones disappear after being touched. You can knock out the purple bamboo from above or below if you touch it.
  • You have to beat each level to unlock the next.
  • Your game progress is stored in your local web browser.
• Strategy
  • You get infinite continues, so one should not be afraid of dying.
    • Though when you get stuck at the same spot over and over again the immediate restart can add a bit of salt in the wounds and make the game a bit more annoying 😀
  • This game starts off easy but by the time you get to level 25 or 26 it is quite challenging.
    • Sometimes you need to jump to make your head hit into something so your character will run the other way.
    • It takes time for your ninja to jump and sometimes it seems there is not enough. Sometimes you have to jump off platforms while other times you have to fall off them then quickly jump.
    • Sometimes you have to jump over purple platforms so they are in place for you to use them again later when heading in the opposite direction.
    • In line with the way of a ninja, on some of the higher levels the best way to beat the level is not the most obvious way but instead an indirect way, like jumping up only to fall back down to get on the same level plane coming from the opposite direction.
