Zombie Number Speed Math Operations Game for Kids

FavoriteLoadingAdd game to your favorites

This is a fun and educational speed math game where kids and students can practice arithmetic while shooting zombies. Each zombie will walk toward you with a math problem. Enter the correct answer to shoot the zombie. A correct answer shoots it dead, while a wrong answer makes them walk closer. The game allows players to choose between four primary mathematical operations: Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and Division. The game lets you play a random mode which includes all four operations. It’s game over if you fail to answer in time and the zombie walks closer to bite you.

  • Enter the right answer as soon as you see a math problem under a zombie.
  • Once you get the right answer, your character shoots the zombie with the corresponding math problem.
  • Solve problems as fast as you can. The longer you play the game, more zombies walk toward you faster.
  • The problems get more challenging the longer you play. Stay alive by solving problems and shooting the zombies.

      • Press “Enter” on your keyboard to prompt your character to fire the gun.
        • Using the keyboard control is usually faster than clicking the number on the screen.
  • Strategy
    • The idea is answer math problems correctly as fast as you can. The right answer prompts your character to shoot a zombie with the math problem. Try to stay alive as long as possible to keep the zombies away.
    • You can kill two zombies with one blast as long as they walk closely together. This eliminates the need to solve another other math problem, which saves you time.
      • Once a zombie comes too close, it can only bite you three or four times. Think fast and enter the correct answer.
      • Beyond this, your life counter diminishes and it’s game over.
      • While there is no specific time limit, it’s a race against time before the zombies come nearer.
    • The longer you play the game, the larger the numbers and harder the math problems get. More zombies come forward, making the game more difficult. Try to solve the problems as fast as possible.
    • If a zombie is too close and you’re running out of time, it’s worth guessing the right answer. If you get it right, it buys you time and you can move on to the next problem.
    • The game only presents problems with whole numbers. It does not come with decimals or fractions.
    • Choosing a Math Category
      • You can focus on one mathematical category to practice your skills. This allows students to work on arithmetic skills that they have yet to master.
      • Generally, most students study addition, then subtraction, followed by multiplication, and division. It’s usually taught in school in that order. If you are aiming for the highest score in the game, select the category you’re best at. This may usually be an addition category.
      • You can set a high score for each math category. This is a good way to track your progress per math operation.
      • If you’re familiar with all four operations, rise up to the challenge. Chose the “Random” category to answer a mix of all math operations in a game.
    • Fighting zombies is an exciting way to practice math. It adds pressure and encourages kids to practice mental arithmetic fast. Have fun playing this educational math game while beating your best score.
