How to Play

Web-swing around the level using ragdoll physics.

• Starting the Game
  • Left click or tap anywhere to load the welcome screen.
  • On the welcome screen, select the green play button to begin.
  • Next to the play button are the following (clockwise from bottom right):
    • Select the store button to unlock a new player character.
    • Select the i button to open the game’s tutorial.
    • Select the speaker button to turn the game’s audio on or off.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your mouse:
      • Left click to fire a web line and drag to charge.
      • Release to launch.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • With your fingers:
      • Tap and pull back to fire a line and charge.
      • Release to launch.
  • Controls and indicators (left to right):
    • Top row:
      • Hamburger button: Returns you to the welcome screen
      • Pause button
      • Reset button: Starts the level from the beginning
    • Bottom row:
      • Level number
      • Coins collected
• Game Play
  • Levels
    • Levels are unlocked in sequence:
      • You start the game with only the first level unlocked.
      • Finish one level to unlock the next.
    • Your browser automatically loads the most recent level you’ve unlocked.
  • Basic rules
    • Swing to the end of the level.
      • Left click or tap to fire a line onto the poles.
      • Hold and pull back to charge your swing.
      • Left click to release. Don’t expect the same agility and grace as Spider-Man, though.
      • Reach the checkerboard finish line to clear the level.
    • Avoid obstacles and pits.
      • Make sure you land on solid ground. If you fall into a pit or get taken offscreen, you must restart the level.
      • Avoid the spinning blades. Ouch.
    • Collect coins.
      • You can only keep the coins you’ve picked up after surviving the level.
      • Use the coins to unlock other player characters.
  • Store
    • The coins you picked up will be used to unlock new characters to play as.
    • To unlock new characters, visit the store.
    • There are 2 other characters to choose from.
• Target Audience
  • The game is suited for players who like platform jumping games.
    • If you prefer things swinging like the OG, check out Spider-Man: Mysterio Rush.
  • The game has no adult themed content.
