How to Play

Toss knives into the target without hitting any of the other knives.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select the large orange play button to begin.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your mouse, left click to launch the knives.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on the screen with your fingers to launch the knives.
  • Controls and indicators
    • Top center:
      • Score
    • Bottom row
      • Number of knives remaining
      • Number of lives remaining
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • Throw knives at the rotating target.
      • The target can be many things, usually pies and shields.
    • As you play the game, the target starts moving more erratically.
      • Sometimes, it will suddenly change direction.
      • The speed of the target also changes a few times.
      • Sometimes, the target will move up and down.
      • Pay attention to the target’s movement before you shoot.
    • Don’t let the knives hit other knives.
  • Scoring
    • You earn points based on the number of targets you break. Each target is worth 1 point.
    • The target breaks when you’ve launched all your knives at it.
    • As the game progresses, you must throw more and more knives to break the target.
  • Lives
    • You start the game with one life.
      • You gain 2 lives after scoring 4 points.
      • You gain 3 lives after scoring 7 points.
      • If you lose at least one life before scoring 7 points, you gain back 1 life but cannot get 3 lives.
    • Each time you hit another knife, you lose a life.
    • Each time you lose a life, you must start the current level over from the beginning.
    • Lose all your lives, and it’s game over.
