How to Play

Form and clear rows of 3 or more identical food items.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen:
    • Select Let’s Play at the center of the screen to begin.
    • Select How to Play to open the games tutorial.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your mouse, left click and drag to move the food items.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on a food item with your fingers to select it. Swipe the selected food item to move it.
  • Controls and indicators (left to right)
    • Top row
      • Remaining moves
      • Current score
      • Timer
    • Bottom row
      • Pause button
      • Bottle power up
      • Knife power up
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • Create rows of 3 or more identical food items to remove them from the field.
      • Select a food item, then drag it to its neighbor.
      • If the selected food item forms a valid row, they will switch places. If they don’t, they will return to their original positions.
      • The valid set will disappear form the screen. Foods will fill downward as new ones drop into the top of the playing field.
    • Any row that forms after your move will also be cleared.
    • You only have a limited number of moves and a small amount of time to play.
      • You start the game with x moves.
      • Each time you clear a row, you lose a move.
    • Lose all your moves and the game ends.
      • The game also provides you with 4 minutes of game time.
      • The game also ends when you run out of time.
  • Power ups
    • The game only has 2 power ups:
      • Water bottle power ups remove all the instances of a food item on the screen.
      • Knife power ups clear an entire lane’s worth of food.
    • Which lane or food item the power ups target is determined at random.
      • You cannot choose what to remove.
    • You earn no points from using a power up.
      • Instead, power ups are useful in refreshing the field. As the food items are removed, they are replaced by new ones.
      • These fresh new food item would often be in a better position to form rows.
      • You may also inadvertently form rows automatically when removing a large number food items at once.
    • You start every session with 2 of each power up.
  • Scoring
    • A row of 3 is worth 100 points.
    • A row of 4 is worth 200 points.
    • Using power ups will not yield any points from its initial use, though it can lead to chain reactions where you score points from the subsequent moves after the power up was used.
  • Tips
    • If you play to make sets low on the playing field you create more relative friction above & can potentially create more chain reaction moves.
    • Using the power ups does not cost you a move, so when you have no desirable moves left consider using a power up or two.

  • The game is suited for players who like simple connect 3 in a row games.
  • The game has no adult themed content.
