How to Play

Help the frog catch bugs by choosing the set of operands and operators that equal the number the bug lands on.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select Play to begin.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your mouse, left click to choose the correct equation.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on the correct equation with your fingers to answer.
  • Controls and indicators (left to right)
    • Top row
      • Back button: Quits the game and returns you to the welcome screen
      • Current score
      • Reset button
    • Bottom row
      • Operands and operators
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • You begin with a set of numbers from 1 through 10.
      • Below are 8 equations.
      • A frog will appear above the numbers.
    • The questions appear in the form of bugs.
      • Each bug will land on a specific number on the set.
      • You must choose which set of operands (numbers) and operators (addition, subtraction, etc.) will equal that number.
      • If you answer correctly, the frog will move to the specified number and catch the bug. A new set of operands and operators will appear on the bottom row.
      • If you answer incorrectly, the bug will move to a new number. This will also change the operands and operators available.
    • Keep answering until you earn 10 points.
  • Scoring
    • Your score represents your game progress. Each bug you collect is worth 1 point.
    • Earn a score of 10 to win.

  • The game is suited for players who like simple math practice games.
